Six Bends Harley-Davidson® Wins District Title In ‘Custom Kings’ Contest
FORT MYERS, Fla – AUGUST 6, 2015 – After months of planning and customizing a Street™ 750 motorcycle, Six Bends Harley-Davidson has won their district in the Harley-Davidson ‘Custom Kings’ Contest. Harley-Davidson dealers from across the nation are competing to build the ultimate customized Harley-Davidson Street™ 750 to become the first U.S. Custom King Champion.
The contest began in April and the teams had until July to finish customizing their entry for the district competition. Only one dealer from each district could claim a district title on July 27. The district champions will compete to become the market winner for the seven markets. Market winners will showcase their custom bikes at the 2015 Annual Dealer meeting where voting for the competition winner will take place. Six Bends Harley-Davidson will be competing with district winners from Florida, Georgia and South Carolina for the title for Southeast Market winner on Aug. 10.
The U.S. Custom King Champion will be crowned on August 26 and the winning Harley-Davidson Street™ 750 will be showcased at the Harley-Davidson® Museum Sept. 5 – 6.
